Neda Landscaper privacy notice.

Neda Builda NZ Limited handles enquiries for its in-house Neda Landscaper division. This notice explains how we use information supplied through the landscape enquiry form.

What we collect and why

We ask for your name, email, service needed, Auckland suburb or locality, and a message so we can understand and respond to your enquiry. Phone, property type, timing, budget and photos are optional. Please avoid including people, personal documents or other information we do not need in photos. If you prefer, contact us by phone or email.

Who handles your enquiry

Your enquiry is sent to office@nedabuilda.co.nz, with copies to Brad and Andrew at their Neda Builda email addresses, and handled by the Neda team. We use it to respond, discuss the property and agreed next steps, and maintain relevant business records. Submitting an enquiry does not sign you up for marketing.

Photos and storage

Optional photos are checked and converted for email, with image metadata removed. The website does not keep an enquiry database or a permanent photo library. Temporary processing data is released when the request ends. Enquiries and attachments remain in the office mailbox and email-provider systems as needed to handle the enquiry, maintain business records or meet legal obligations. We do not promise immediate removal from provider logs or backups.

Providers and security

The website uses ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare hosting. A dedicated Supabase function processes enquiries, Resend sends them to the office inbox, and Cloudflare Turnstile helps check submissions for automated abuse. These providers may process data outside New Zealand. We take reasonable safeguards for overseas processing and restricted access.

Security checks process limited technical information such as network addresses, request information and Turnstile tokens. Short-lived keyed security counters help limit repeated attempts; they contain no enquiry messages, photos or raw email or IP addresses. We do not add enquiry contents to analytics or browser storage. No online system can guarantee complete security.

Access, correction and privacy questions

For a privacy question or to request access to or correction of information, email office@nedabuilda.co.nz or call 021 769 999. We may need to verify your identity. You may ask about deletion; information may need to be retained for a lawful business or legal purpose.
